Hurricane Harvey Takings Flood Claims

Were you flooded by the Addicks and Barker reservoirs?  Our law firm has been representing homeowners and business owners flooded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ decision to impound storm water that flooded upstream properties, and the Corp’s subsequent decision to release the water and flood downstream properties since the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey in 2017.  We continue to accept new upstream and downstream claimants.  However, for those who have not yet filed their claim, time is running out.  New claimants have until August 1st to have their case reviewed by our experienced team.
